Business Coach issues
- We will add you to the Microsoft Teams platform as a member, and create and send you a new email address to use as a GEE Business Coach. Your email address will probably be [Your first name]@windeaters.co.nz.
- Add this email to your PC accounts
- Add to Outlook
- Send test email
- Use this new email to log into Microsoft Teams
- Use this email to login to Microsoft Bookings (https://outlook.office.com/bookings/homepage)
- Set up your browser
Below is the guidance for steps 6 and 7.
On your browser go to the Microsoft Bookings page ((https://outlook.office.com/bookings/homepage). Under "Shared Bookings" you may not see the Business Coach Bookings site. Click on search to find it.
Sign in
This next step makes sure that your browser opens up your tabs from the previous session. This means that once you open Outlook, Teams and Bookings tabs, these tabs will open up for again whenever you open the browser.
Here is what the GEE Team Leaders see on the Microsoft Team Leader's channel for booking Business Mentors
Go to the "Enrol" tab, and scroll down to the Business Coach section. Click the "Enrol" button. Places are limited. We need to be sure you have the business skills and have the experience to engender respect from the GEE team leaders. Please contact the Programme Director,

The GEE Team Leaders can choose their preferred member and then book an available time. Or they can choose a time and accept any mentor who is on offer at that time.
You will need to provide a brief profile for the GEE Team Leaders.
Ask us to provide a banner for you to use for your profile. You will need to give us a casual photo of you and quote. It will look like this:
On Microsoft Teams, you will already be on the GEE Business Coach team. We will add you to the GEE Team Leader team.
Under that team there is a channel labled "Business Coaches". Click "Start a post" on that channel.
It opens the screen below:
Step 1 Choose the Post Type
Step 2 Click on Announcement
Step 3 Upload your banner in the announcement box.
Step 4 Add a byline about you in the subhead
Step 5 Under "Type a message" add a brief profile to help the GEE Team Leaders decide if they want to choose you as their mentor.
